Matt’s Birthday Colette Negroni #3
If you participated in #virtualfrocktails back on April 4th, you may have seen this Colette Patterns Negroni I made for this handsome fella. Matt and I posted a pic of ourselves and did a little IG live in our #quarantinelife attire. It made me realize I hadn’t blogged about either of our recent flannel makes. Eastwood Pajamas
Occasionally I do some unselfish sewing and recently made a pair of Thread Theory Eastwood Pajamas for Matt. Details Pattern Thread Theory Eastwood Pajamas Sewed version 3 with button fly in size large No alterations Fit The fit is good, but the size large says it has an an inseam of 31″ and Matt has an inseam of 32″, so these pajamas feel like they are generous on the inseam. I know pajamas are supposed to be on the long side and pool at the ankles a bit, but these seem even longer than the pajamas in the pattern photo. Matt’s Birthday Negroni #2
Happy September! Summer feels like it flew by and already the signs of fall are beginning to show; it’s getting dark earlier and the evenings are starting to get chilly. I can’t complain though—I love the changing of the seasons and I’ve had a pretty good summer full of gardening, backyard barbecues, some sewing and knitting, a couple of fun weekend getaways, a garden tour and my annual Chicken Bingo birthday party. I love summer and being outdoors, but I look forward to fall and getting to slow down and head back indoors. It means I can focus more on sewing, knitting AND catching up on blog posts!
