Tarragon Whiskey Sours
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup of fresh squeezed lemon and lime juice
- 3 oz. bourbon
- 1 oz. sour mix
- 3 droppers of Addition's Tarragon Cocktail Spice
- Soda Water
- In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the sugar and reduce heat to simmer.
- Stir constantly until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the lemon and lime juice.
- Stir until incorporated and then remove from heat.
- Let cool and then pour through a mesh strainer to remove and seeds.
- Fill a glass halfway with ice and pour in the bourbon and the sour mix.
- Stir.
- Fill the glass to the top with soda water.
- Add the Addition Tarragon Cocktail Spice.
- Stir.
- Garnish with lemon.
